Duration: 1 hour

Virtual or at your favourite local. Let’s catch up to go over your needs. A few nuggets of advice, and some options for you to consider.

Review & Ops roadmap

Duration: 16 hours

A day to go over your existing structure with you, to review your processes and identify gaps. A day to create a roadmap document that you can use for your own people to action, or to use in conjunction with our Set Up option. One-off cost.

Set up Your Ops

Duration: 40 - 70 hours (by agreement)

Let’s set you up, get everything created, gaps filled, and your staff trained up so they can crack on once its done. We can agree the specifics before you sign off, based on a session with you on where you are at, or a roadmap we have already completed with you. One-off cost, billed 50% upfront/50 % on completion.

$5,000 - $8,500 p/m

Virtual COO

Duration: 25 - 50 hours per month, minimum of 3 months

Let our VCOO join your team, share the load with you, and get on with the operational management on a part time basis. Whether its getting your strategy out on paper with a plan of how to get there, attending board and exec meetings, team one-on-one’s, the VCOO will set things up well for you, and your future COO hire.
