We are a bunch of seasoned technologists, who want to help start-ups through the early stages. It’s a hard road, with high high’s and low low’s - we know, we’ve been there too.
We have bought together an independent and like-mined crew of practitioners who advise companies across New Zealand. If you need help outside of our BizOps network, we can help you find the right person. We have over 15 board level exec’s, Exec team members, Engineering, Product and Delivery heads, and people you can have on the team who can do the doing, like coaches and scrum masters. We are not your traditional blustery consultants who hand you a 150 page document and wish you the best. We are action takers, implementors, get s@#$ done people, which a collective diverse knowledge base that we share readily.

Diana’s and her BizOps Agents help organisations fill the gaps for the short term or long term. Previously as Head of Delivery at Trade Me, she focused on optimising Lean and Agile practices for over 50 teams across three offices, which her team of Delivery Coaches. As an Agile practitioner since 2008, she focuses on Modern Agile values, pragmatic operational design, and enabling everyone to do their best work.

In fact, we specialise in it! Although based in NZ, most in Wellington and Auckland, all of our services are fully remote as needed ,and we can help set your organisation up for successful remote work too.
